These are worked examples, not client engagements. Nothing here is a programme we have delivered for a named client. Each one is a scenario written out in full — the brief, what goes wrong, what we change and what that produces — so you can see how we think about a format before you hand us a real one. Every figure is illustrative, and every photograph is an illustration rather than a record of that event.
