Precision, quorum and record
Investor Days & AGMs
Capital markets days, investor meetings and annual general meetings — accuracy, access control, voting logistics and an accurate record of what was said.
An investor event is judged on precision. The numbers on screen must match the numbers filed, the room must contain only the people entitled to be there, and the record afterwards has to be defensible.
We run the logistics — registration and entitlement checks, voting and proxy handling, webcast, Q&A management and transcript — so the executive team can concentrate on the content.
What this format looks like
- Typical size
- 30 – 1,200 attendees
- Duration
- Half day – 1 day
- Audience
- Institutional investors, analysts, shareholders, media, board
Entitlement before access
Shareholder verification, proxy records, analyst accreditation and press access decided in advance with an exception process at the door that does not create a queue.
The webcast is the primary audience
More people watch than attend. Audio quality, slide legibility at small sizes, a moderated question channel and a reliable stream matter more than the room’s set design.
Voting and the formal record
Poll mechanics, scrutineer arrangements, results announcement and the minute. Rehearsed with the company secretary, because a procedural error at an AGM is a governance problem, not an event problem.
Q&A that is managed, not controlled
Floor and remote questions queued and moderated visibly. Being seen to take difficult questions is worth more than a tidy session.
Where it goes wrong
What we look for first on this format.
Every format has a small set of recurring failures. None of them are mysterious; they are just the things that get planned last and matter most.
What you should get out of it
- Only entitled attendees in the room
- A reliable webcast and a legible deck
- Voting conducted and recorded correctly
- A transcript and recording available afterwards
