Procurement’s problem with event agencies is rarely price. It is that the pricing is not comparable, the scope moves without a record, and the final invoice arrives with items nobody can trace to an approval.
We work the way a procurement function would design it if asked: structured RFPs, normalised comparisons, disclosed commercial model, written change approvals and a closing account that reconciles line by line.

Normalised bid comparison
Every proposal restated on the same basis: net rate, service charge, tax, genuine inclusions and the cancellation curve at 90, 60 and 30 days.
Change control with a paper trail
Variations quoted, accepted in writing with a name and timestamp, and only then committed. Nothing absorbed quietly and argued about later.
A reconciled closing account
Line by line against contracted scope, master bills checked against the contract, variances explained rather than netted off.
